A hulking brute of a man has taken Casey prisoner! He has her locked in his secret dungeon, where she is but a plaything for his cruel imagination. First he chains her up, arms overhead, and gropes her bikini clad body. Soon, he peels off her top, causing Casey to whimper as the cold air hits her sensitive nipples. The sound of her suffering just makes him crave more, and he flogs her mercilessly, before leaving her hanging for a bit to marinate.

Next, he moves her to his homemade torture rack. The sick device stretches Casey's poor limbs near the breaking point. She'd certainly be screaming if her assailant hadn't shoved a gag in her little mouth! Her muffled squeals and sputters are music to his ears. The swan song is playing for Casey, unfortunately. The beastly man wraps his giant hands around Casey's through and strangles her in cold blood. He leaves her half naked body lying on the rack. The man has more plans for her later...
